Le Registre est souvent amen\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 de telles demandes. La r\u00e9ponse est malheureusement non, le Registre ne permet pas une telle chose. La seule fa\u00e7on de prolonger la nomination d\u2019un administrateur de biens immobiliers est de se tourner vers la Cour de Justice comp\u00e9tence, \u00e0 savoir le Tribunal aux Affaires Familiales.
